Therapy Modalities

I work from my heart and intuition, seasoned by my training in depth psychotherapy, experiential therapies, and meditation. I listen to you and draw from a range of modalities to find what fits best for you. Cognitive approaches will help you to identify and shift problematic thought patterns. Somatic or body centered therapies can help you to manage and hold your emotions, and learn about the forces behind them. Art, writing or sand tray experiences can be effective non-verbal means to explore undiscovered parts of your internal world. Gestalt techniques can help you to define and work with the different parts of you that cause you pain and inner conflict.

Underlying each of these modalities, my intention is to help you to bring kind attention to your own suffering and free you from self-limiting behaviors and beliefs.
