MINDFULNESS-BASED COACHING

As an offering entirely distinct from psychotherapy, I can guide your practice in meditation and assist you in bringing mindfulness and self-compassion to your daily life. Mindfulness can help you to recognize, without judging, troubling beliefs, emotions and problematic ways of being in the world. Self-compassion creates an allowing and nurturing space for emotion healing.

While I am a psychotherapist, it is important to emphasize that this work would be outside the realm of psychotherapy and would rather fall into the realm of coaching. Coaching involves a pragmatic and mostly future oriented interaction that seeks to help people meet their personal goals, such as changing problematic behaviors and living more fully.

Mindfulness-based coaching is available for people living outside California who wish to work with me by telephone or a video-based platform. For more information on this offering, please contact me.
